Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Federal Restaurant Group, Inc. as a Line Cook. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high-quality food production.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets to meet the needs of our customers.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient use of resources and high-quality food production.

Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Restaurant, cafeteria, bar, or bistro.
- Security and Safety: Bondable.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and public transportation available.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, and team player.
