About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Denny's Restaurants. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dining room and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on restaurant operations and performance.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a noisy environment with a team of 16-20 people.
