The Ranchland Inn Ltd is seeking a dedicated **Motel Managing Supervisor** to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Provide assistance to clients and guests with special requirements.
- Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the work of staff members.
- Recruit and train personnel on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as necessary to maintain business continuity.
- Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies.
- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
