Child Care Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at Private Home SR Family. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children in the comfort of their own home.
Responsibilities:- Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
- Shop for food and household supplies, preparing and serving nutritious meals for the children.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting their emotional well-being and self-confidence.
- Organize activities such as games and outings for the children, encouraging their physical and mental growth.
- Supervise and care for the children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Take the children to and from school and to appointments, providing reliable transportation and support.
- Help the children with their homework, providing guidance and support as needed.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in child care or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and families.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
As a Child Care Provider with Private Home SR Family, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities for growth and development. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our children and families.
Language:The primary language spoken in the home is English or French, and you must be fluent in one of these languages to be considered for this position.
Work Schedule:The work schedule is 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the family and the children.
