Customer Success Specialist

At Zendesk Canada, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships, onboarding customers to our WFM solution, and helping them set and achieve their success criteria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture customer relationships and build trust through regular communication and support
  • Onboard customers to our WFM solution and ensure they have a seamless experience
  • Help customers set and achieve their success criteria, including meeting and exceeding targets
  • Assist in closing sales deals and driving revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor offerings to inform success strategies
  • Attend and own account escalations until resolution, mitigating churn risk
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in B2B
  • Proven track record of managing B2B accounts and driving customer success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in English
  • A team player with experience working remotely
  • Data-driven, with a focus on maintaining high CRM standards to identify improvements and understand success
