About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team at Argus Security Services Corp. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our clients' assets and preventing losses in retail establishments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Protection: Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts, and monitor establishment activities to prevent and detect shoplifting and theft.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Produce reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and activities.
  • Client Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Security Operations: Operate security control room equipment, patrol assigned areas, and respond to emergencies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: First Aid Certificate, Security Guard License, MS Excel, MS Word, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for extended periods, and walking. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
