Job Title: Loss Prevention Officer

Argus Security Services Corp. is seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting our clients' assets and preventing shoplifting and theft in retail establishments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts
  • Monitor establishment activities and prevent shoplifting and theft
  • Operate security control room equipment and patrol assigned areas
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and produce reports
  • May be required to appear in court as a witness
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail loss prevention
  • Security Guard License and First Aid Certificate
  • MS Excel and MS Word skills
  • Audio-video surveillance experience
Work Environment:

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with clients and colleagues to prevent shoplifting and theft. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and have attention to detail.
