Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our installation team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide guidance on flooring options and installation methods.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of projects.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the flooring industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Working Conditions:
  • Work site environment: outdoors, noisy, at heights, dusty.
  • Work setting: construction, inspection, maintenance.
