Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Tulnor Inc. dba NexGen IOT Solutions. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, financial records, and other administrative documents.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing and disseminating reports, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including troubleshooting technical problems, and escalating complex issues to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
