Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our vibrant team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of existing accounts, collaborating with your sales supervisor to meet sales objectives, and identifying new opportunities with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a portfolio of approximately 250 existing accounts
  • Collaborate closely with your sales supervisor to gauge achievements and meet sales objectives
  • Market and promote services and equipment offered by West X
  • Identify new opportunities with clients and assist with contract extensions
  • Pursue new revenue streams and address customer queries

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; adept at establishing rapport with individuals
  • Proficient in various computer applications (MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • While a College degree or University certification is beneficial, it's not mandatory
  • Prior experience of at least 2 years in Retail or Hospitality sales would be highly advantageous
  • Fluency in English is a must, and you must be authorized to work in Canada
