- Participate in post-mortem analysis of problematic deliveries to improve processes and quality of future deliveries.
- Read IT team's analysis documents and participate in meetings with stakeholders to become familiar with current projects.
- Assist IT Director in writing test scenarios and executing acceptance tests.
- Write technical procedures for in-house DAVE system and maintain them up to date.
- Participate in preparation of technical training as required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or management or relevant field.
- Good knowledge of in-house DAVE system, an asset.
- Experience in insurance and/or reinsurance, an asset.
- Intermediate knowledge of Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, an asset.
- LOMA designation(s), an asset.
- Ease of communication (French and English, spoken and written).
- Understanding of business processes.
