What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage food orders, inventory management, and stock rotations
  2. Collaborate with culinary team members to design and coordinate menus
  3. Oversee the crafting of pastries, breads, confections, and desserts
  4. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and baking areas
  5. Address special requests and dietary requirements with care and efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Completion of a culinary diploma or certificate program
  2. Red Seal Chef designation or equivalent preferred
  3. Food Safety Certification
  4. A minimum of 5 years of culinary experience with diverse exposure
  5. At least 2 years of experience in menu planning and execution
  6. Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining preferred
