Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to deliver it.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Operations: Oversee the management of our restaurant's inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are running efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Financial Management: Manage our restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
