About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at 2772708 ONTARIO INC. as an Administrative Services Coordinator. This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week, with English as the primary language of communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services Coordination
    • Coordinate the provision of administrative services to support the smooth operation of our organization.
  • Operations Management
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of administrative services and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and productivity of administrative services.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the management of inventory, including the collection and recording of administrative and service fees.
    • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and conduct research to inform budgeting decisions.
  • Staff Management
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
    • Hire and train or arrange for the training of staff, including interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
  • Event Management
    • Manage events and activities related to administrative services.
  • Knowledge Management
    • Manage knowledge and information related to administrative services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, administrative services, or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
