Position Overview

The role of the Administrative Coordinator at Brampton Electrical Services is crucial for ensuring smooth office operations and effective administrative support.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Between 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Assess and refine new administrative protocols to ensure optimal performance.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Conduct various administrative functions within the organization.
  • Manage policies and procedures regarding the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy laws.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Compile data and produce regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and streamline office administrative procedures.
Support InitiativesFor Newcomers and Refugees
  • Provide mentorship programs that connect newcomers and/or refugees with seasoned employees.
For Youths
  • Facilitate mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for young individuals.
For Indigenous People
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities tailored for Indigenous workers.
