Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Implement and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Review and assess new administrative protocols for effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and meeting deadlines.
- Conduct administrative functions of the organization.
- Manage policies and procedures related to record releases in compliance with government access to information and privacy laws.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the development of the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
- Compile data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative processes.
- Facilitate mentorship programs pairing newcomers and/or refugees with seasoned employees.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for young individuals.
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
