Position Overview
First Truck Centre is seeking a dedicated SERVICE ADVISOR who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in our automotive division. Compensation Package

Welcome customers, schedule appointments, create work orders, and coordinate repairs. Prepare cost estimates for services. Manage invoicing processes. Promote recommended repairs and services from technicians. Maintain communication with customers and provide updates. Clearly explain all services performed and associated costs.Required Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and via phone, with strong verbal and written communication. Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in using computer systems, generating reports, and utilizing scheduling software. Familiarity with scheduling and basic financial procedures. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and process-driven setting. Previous experience in the automotive or trucking sector is advantageous.
