Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at First Truck Centre in Saanichton, BC. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for creating a high-quality customer experience by greeting customers, booking appointments, writing up work orders, and scheduling repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Create estimates and invoices for repairs and services.
  • Sell repairs and services recommended by technicians.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the work performed.
  • Explain all work performed and charges to customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
  • Confidence using computer systems, writing reports, and using scheduling tools.
  • Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment.
  • Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma.
