- Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Order Management: Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
- Tray Assembly Oversight: Supervise and verify the assembly of food trays.
- Schedule Establishment: Create and manage work schedules for staff.
This role operates in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, requiring a keen attention to detail.
