Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dragon City Buffet. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our buffet service.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of staff members in various areas of responsibility, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality control.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
