Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Inspire Investments Inc. as part of our ongoing efforts to provide exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Work with our culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
