Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Red Swan Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service and food quality.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Work with our culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our brand standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and materials to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, including cost estimates and financial reports, to ensure that we are operating within our financial guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or culinary role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and high-quality food. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
