Business Development Manager, Small Market Commercial

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Enterprise Business Specialist to join our team at NFP. As a key member of our Commercial Lines team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the small market commercial space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the small market commercial segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business strategies and decisions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial lines sales or business development
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue
- Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
