Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team at Hampton by Hilton Edmonton-Sherwood Park. As a Hotel Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Ensure that all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for occupancy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain all public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and common spaces.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Sort, wash, and fold laundry, as well as manage linen supplies.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
