We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our housekeeping team at Hampton by Hilton Edmonton-Sherwood Park. As a Hotel Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms, hallways, and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Restock and replenish supplies, such as toiletries and towels
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of hallways, public areas, and other common spaces
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as cleaning equipment and linens
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
