About the Role
TOTEM RECRUITER is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns;
- Manage and maintain the company's website and social media presence;
- Assist in the creation and distribution of email newsletters and other marketing communications;
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to inform future marketing strategies;
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials;
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and trade shows;
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners;
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite;
- Experience with email marketing software and social media management tools;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
