Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Allan Park Motor Sales. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff, managing sales operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff.
- Manage sales operations, including inventory management and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales processes.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending.
