Parts Consultant Job Description

Capital GMC Buick Inc./DBA Capital GMC Buick Edmonton is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Parts Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Utilize expertise in automotive parts and accessories to offer expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Process parts inquiries and orders promptly and accurately, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and other departments to ensure efficient operations and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demands.
  • Source and order parts from suppliers as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
