Position Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Service Delivery Specialist to support our operations. This role is essential in delivering procurement and service delivery solutions that add value and efficiency to our internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procure raw materials, goods, spares, and services to fulfill business demands.
  • Achieve business objectives while minimizing costs and maximizing value for every dollar spent.
  • Adhere to established processes, procedures, and contractual standards, ensuring that end-user requirements are met and supplier relationships are nurtured.
  • Maintain comprehensive records to monitor and report on key performance indicators related to procurement and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide efficient support and assistance as needed.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient in SAP and QuickBooks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of procurement terms, transport documentation, and import regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software.
