Golf and Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Golf and Operations to join our team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, monitoring, and evaluating the execution and delivery of the Centre Castor.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, analyze, evaluate, formulate, develop, adapt, and implement financial and administrative methods, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Advise, guide, and direct managers and lead activities in the day-to-day operation of applicable facilities.
- Collaborate in the development of budgets and business plans and track revenues and expenses.
- Administer, analyze, and forecast budgets, expenditures, and financial activities.
- Demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
- Current Ice Technician Certification (an asset).
- Valid driver's license (Quebec), (an asset).
- Provincial Responsible Service of Alcohol certification, as required.
- CPR and basic First Aid qualifications (an asset).
- Experience in golf, hospitality, recreation facilities, or related business management.
- Experience in developing and implementing local marketing strategies, including social media.
- Experience in applying policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Experience in personnel administration.
- Experience in budget administration.
- Experience in coordinating food and beverage services.
- Experience in asset management, including contracting and procurement.
- Competencies in client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership.
French is essential for this role.
