Role Overview

Experience the essence of mountain dining in a stylish setting, designed for exceptional culinary experiences. Our establishment offers a diverse menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with unique culinary events and off-site catering options.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Greet each guest with warmth and enthusiasm, making a positive first impression.
  • Stay aware of your surroundings and assist guests as needed.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for our menu offerings and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Maintain organization and clarity in order-taking to ensure accurate food delivery.
  • Enter information accurately into the POS system, ensuring clear communication with the BOH team.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns.
  • Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all food safety standards and protocols.
  • Go the extra mile for special requests and accommodate dietary preferences and allergies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of serving experience in a similar environment.
  • Smart Serve Certification is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and sales aptitude.
  • Capability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of product knowledge.
  • Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and momentum in service.
