Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

EMER C RESTORATION LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers and projects
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
Work Environment:
  • Noisy work site environment
  • Varied work settings, including construction, installation, commercial, residential, and restoration projects
