Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing prompt, friendly, and attentive service.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our menu offerings and be able to make recommendations to guests.
