Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards are met.
- Food Safety and Quality: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and hire food service staff as needed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or related role is required.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
