We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Design Studio Associate to join our team at Mattamy Homes. As a key member of our Design Studio team, you will provide exceptional customer service and assistance to homeowners during open house hours, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Offer excellent customer service and assistance to homeowners during browsing hours.
- Provide tours of the showroom while highlighting features and available options.
- Assist with color selections, identify customer needs, and answer design-related questions.
- Process payments and complete necessary paperwork.
- Ensure samples are organized and tidy.
- Conduct weekly checks of product inventory.
- Assist the Design Studio Open House Team Lead in labeling and re-organizing products.
- Assist with reselects or discontinued products.
- Answer homeowner questions and provide product knowledge.
- Completion or enrollment in an Interior Design or Architecture diploma or degree program.
- Prior customer service experience is essential.
- Excellent command of the English language and good listening skills.
- Strong customer service background.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Computer literacy with experience in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle problem situations.
- Ability to multitask and assist multiple homeowners simultaneously.
- Understanding of price charts, floor plans, and design guides.
- High degree of professionalism and etiquette.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
