About the Role

MR. SQUEEGEE WINDOW CLEANING inc is seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team. As a Rope Access Specialist, you will be responsible for working at heights, navigating confined spaces, and performing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work at heights, including climbing and rappelling
  • Navigate confined spaces, such as ductwork and crawlspaces
  • Perform tasks in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on safety
  • Handle heavy loads and equipment, while maintaining manual dexterity and physical stamina
  • Work under pressure, with excellent oral communication skills and a client-focused approach
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Excellent manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working at heights and in confined spaces
  • Knowledge of safety equipment and protocols
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with excellent communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and ability to adapt to changing situations
