About the Role

MR. SQUEEGEE WINDOW CLEANING inc is seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team. As a Rope Access Specialist, you will be responsible for working at heights, navigating confined spaces, and performing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work at heights, including climbing and rappelling, to access and clean windows and other high-rise areas.
  • Navigate confined spaces, such as crawl spaces and attics, to access hard-to-reach areas.
  • Perform tasks in a fast-paced environment, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Handle heavy loads and equipment, including ladders and safety gear.
  • Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in confined spaces.
  • Exposure to dust, noise, and other environmental hazards.
  • Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring regular bending, standing, and walking.
Personal Qualities
  • Accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful and able to think on your feet.
Language and Work Environment
  • English is the primary language of communication.
