Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Vivo Liquor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task delegation
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of sales floor staff
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Our retail store operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be expected to work a 40-hour week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
