Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Assistant Store Manager to play a key role in the success of our store. Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics, with a track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Experience with retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation, with the ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, with a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential.
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring others.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country.
Anticipated Base Salary Range $45,300 to $68,000, based on a 40 hour work week, with a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time.
