**Job Summary**
----------------
The Store Management role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. As a key member of the team, you will be accountable for ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services and controlling expenses.
**Key Responsibilities**
---------------------
* Oversee and manage the total operation of the store, including shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
* Collaborate with the consignment operator to achieve sales and profitability goals
**Requirements**

* Prior retail management experience required
* Minimum age requirement is 21
* Must have a flexible schedule
* Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
* 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and setting up fixtures

* The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store
* Spirit Halloween will not be your employer; the independent owner and operator will be responsible for your employment
* You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator
