The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This includes establishing and maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Establish and maintain guest services to ensure a positive customer experience
- Control expenses and manage inventory to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to meet business needs
- Set up, pack up, and teardown of a seasonal store
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 21
- Flexible schedule required
- Prior retail management experience required
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
