Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op student to join our Projects Department as a Project Coordinator Co-op Specialist. The successful candidate will assist in the coordination of projects, including drawing and detail management, action tracking, and schedule development.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage project drawings and details
- Track and document project actions and progress
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Manage product inquiries and RFIs
- Perform general duties and special projects as assigned
- Currently enrolled in a Civil, Architectural, or Construction Management Engineering Co-op Program
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Schedule
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and self-motivational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and interact with various stakeholders
