About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Big Dreamers Daycare Limited. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development and Learning
    • Assess children's developmental needs and create personalized learning plans to support their growth and progress.
    • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Childcare and Support
    • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including cleaning and organizing the daycare area.
    • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and any concerns.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
    • First Aid Certificate
    • CPR Certificate
  • Experience and Skills
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in early childhood education
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
