Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Media Finance Director to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Commercial Sales and Service team, you will be responsible for leading business development initiatives and providing strategic guidance to clients in the media and entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
  • Provide strategic input and advice to clients on financial and business matters
  • Lead and manage complex sales and service initiatives, including risk management and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in media finance and business development
  • Proven track record of success in leading business development initiatives and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
