We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team at Connective. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, developing, and implementing programs that support individuals and communities in the social services sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement program plans, policies, and procedures in consultation with senior management.
- Supervise and support program staff, volunteers, and practicum students to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Liaise with community service providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to coordinate service provision and promote public awareness of our programs.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide direct support services to clients, including assessment, counseling, and case management.
- Recruit, screen, train, and deploy volunteers and practicum students to support program delivery.
- University degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as social work, sociology, or psychology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program development, implementation, and management in the social services sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Current Emergency First Aid Certificate and ability to pass a Vulnerable Persons Criminal Records Check.
