As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement annual institutional marketing plans and individual client marketing plans to achieve project objectives
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital and social media marketing and leverage various digital channels for advertising
* Establish and maintain relationships with media vendors and suppliers to secure media discounts and recommend new advertising opportunities
* Coordinate and lead projects, including client services, writing creative briefs, and managing vendors
* Gather and distill data to produce project reports and post-mortem reports
* Collaborate with graphic design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all promotional materials
* Review and sign off on promotional materials and advertising prior to final files being sent to vendors and clients

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or comparable education in related fields
* Five (5) years' related work experience in advertising or corporate work environment with experience in online and traditional advertising, media buying, account supervision, and project management
* Experience in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, using vendor dashboards and marketing analytics reports, and social media advertising
* Strong budget planning and management, project management skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of content management systems, customer relationship management systems, and MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Working Conditions:

* Sitting at desk and computer for long periods of time; general office conditions
* Local travel required; occasional attendance at marketing events
* Ability to lift weights in excess of 10kg

Salary:

The salary for this position is determined by the Collective Agreement with the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 4879, as it presently exists.
