About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract and Sales Administrator to join our team at PRT Growing Services Ltd. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will provide exceptional service and administrative support to our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative sales tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer contracts, sales reports, and marketing materials.
  • Correspond with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Administration teams to ensure accurate accounts receivable, general accounting, and reporting.
  • Provide support with invoicing, credit/collections, and revenue recognition.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting an active and geographically dispersed sales or project team.
  • Strong forestry, silviculture, and forest seedling growing knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate tactfully, efficiently, and effectively with all levels of staff and external parties.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and superior work ethic.
  • Proven experience working with customer contracts, with the ability to interpret and manipulate detailed information.
  • Good working knowledge of accounting processes as it relates to maintaining customer accounts.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Good problem-solving capabilities, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Robust computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience operating with a high level of confidentiality and adherence to corporate compliance, reporting, and company policies.
