Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Quark Consulting Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members to achieve their full potential and meet business objectives.
  • Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to optimize store performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
