Job Summary

F Keith Canadian Corporation is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for chef.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
