Bilingual Fraud Claims Specialist

As a Bilingual Fraud Claims Analyst at Tangerine, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our credit card transactions. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving fraud claims, working closely with customers and merchants to resolve disputes, and ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective resolution to their transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve fraud claims, including reviewing transaction data and conducting thorough investigations to determine the best course of action.
- Work closely with customers and merchants to resolve disputes, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
- Ensure that all transactions are processed in accordance with Tangerine's policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and merchants to ensure that they are aware of our policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fraud detection and prevention.
- Fluency in both English and French is required (reading, writing, and spoken).
- Experience working with Mastercard products is required.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and TSYS is required.
- Previous Fraud/Dispute experience is required.
- Post-secondary education in business or other related disciplines would be considered an asset.
- Customer Service experience required, preferable in financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills, attention-to-detail, and ability to make effective decisions.
- Proven interpersonal, communication and problem resolution skills.
